Library Operations Updates March 20, 2021: WE’VE MOVED!

The space in the East County Resource Center building served us well for the last 15 years. Now it’s time to say goodbye!

And “hello” to the new space!

So, what does this mean for you?

We’re still trying to figure out how we can best operate under Phase 3 of the state’s Healthy Washington – Roadmap to Recovery plan. (See here and here for more details.) For the time being, patrons will still be unable to enter the library building. Curbside and walk-up service (as well as our dropbox) have been moved to the new building on 45952 Main Street in Concrete. Board of Trustees meetings remain on Zoom on the second Thursday of each month. Mobile printing services have been set-up and are available during curbside service hours.

The curbside service procedure remains mostly the same; park in Bear Square and give us a call on our NEW PHONE NUMBER (360.873.2323) to let us know you’ve arrived. We’ll check out your materials on your account and meet you at the door to the new building for the transfer of materials.

Due to service disruptions in our moving process, the internet at Marblemount Community Hall  and outside both the previous library and the current library is not available.

We are working with the service providers to get internet restored as quickly as possible and will let everyone know as soon as it is back up and running! We apologize for the inconvenience.

We are hoping that WiFi service will be restored in both Marblemount and the current library by the end of next week. We’ll keep everyone as updated as we possibly can while we are still completing the move.
