Friends of The Upper Skagit Library (FOUSL) have been supporting The Upper Skagit Library since 2000. Through programs, advocacy, and events, we help keep The Library and literacy at the center of the Upriver community.
The Friends of the Upper Skagit Library are a dedicated group of volunteers who support and enhance the library’s services. Through events, fundraising, and ongoing commitment, they help strengthen the bond between the library and the community, promoting access to reading, education, and culture for all.
