USL is selected as a Recipient of the Skagit Valley Food Co-op’s Tokens for Tomorrow.

On January 2nd, 2026, the Upper Skagit Library was announced to be a recipient of the Skagit Valley Food Co-op’s Tokens for Tomorrow.

This program is designed to encourage sustainable practices, and each time a Skagit Valley Food Co-op shopper uses a reusable bag, an 8-cent token is issued to support a recipient organization. If you shop at the Co-op on any day from January 1st to March 31st, you’ll help keep our Community Freedge stocked for our community and be part of a movement that helps fight food insecurity and #SquatchFoodWaste.
