The Upper Skagit Library is now ready to reopen according to Governor Inslee’s Phase 2 Guidelines for Libraries. The timeline for services during Phase 2 follows:
June 13, 2020: Book drops open.
June 16 2020: Limited Curbside Service begins. Patrons with holds will be notified when their items are ready for pickup.
June 23 2020: Walk up Concierge Service is added to Curbside Service.
