The Upper Skagit Library is now ready to reopen according to Governor Inslee’s Phase 2 Guidelines for Libraries. The timeline for services during Phase 2 follows:
June 13, 2020: Book drops open.
June 16 2020: Limited Curbside Service begins. Patrons with holds will be notified when their items are ready for pickup.
June 23 2020: Walk up Concierge Service is added to Curbside Service.
Tribal Cultural Roadmaps are now available at the library! In June 2026, the Tribal Cultural Affairs program, along with artist Shana Yellow Calf, worked with Tribes
We’re partnering with Skagit Land Trust, Burlington Public Library, and Central Skagit Library again this year to bring another StoryTrail to the Hegg-Benson trail’s Barr
